Thank you, Tammy, for taking the time to share your story with us and your love of The Palm Beaches.

Q:  Please tell us a little about yourself.

As a coach, my focus is on helping people, from professionals to families, heal and communicate so that they feel heard; to respond in a way that helps nurture their relationships.

After the sudden death of my husband David in 2012, I became a solo mom to two amazing kids then ages 4 & 10. After struggling and feeling lost I leaned into massive self-development and found a passion for authentic communication.

Over the past eight years, while raising our kids alone, building a business, overcoming more life challenges, and giving back to others, I have grown so deeply.

Part of my coaching process involves helping you accept yourself at a core level; strengths, weaknesses, shadows, and gifts. Then we design a plan together to use those strengths to smash your goals.

I bring 30 years of successful sales experience, am certified in several sciences, have a deep understanding of marketing as well. Having a lifetime degree in problem solving and resilience, I intuitively help YOU tap into your potential.
